CGB Solutions only retains information to bill you or to use to contact you with information or promotions. On completion of payment, all credit card information is disposed of responsibly. At no time will CGB Solutions retain payment information (unless requested) or sell any customers information once no longer required. Accounts will only store information inputted by the user and past orders. CGB Solutions will not retain any other information unless instructed to do so (Applies to businesses only). If CGB Solutions suspects identity theft, fraud or false use of information including use of a stolen card CGB Solutions may ask for verification. CGB Solutions has the right to decline a customer of our services if any of the above are suspected and actions to prevent this customer from continuing these practices may be put into action. Any request for CGB Solutions to send a product overseas may require verification of the user through the form of photo ID matching the front of a payment method. These policies may change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to stay up to date when using our website or services. These policies also apply to all non-website related sales. This includes but is not limited to Amazon, eBay, Gumtree, phone or email. CGB Solutions is NOT liable after a tracking number confirms delivery. CGB Solutions is not in charge of tracking or monitoring your delivery. If your delivery has a problem, please notify us as soon as possible.
CGB Solutions retains the right to request identification or deny a freight forwarders address.

Nationwide shipping applies to all 6 states and 2 territories. Nationwide shipping doesn't apply to any islands excluding Tasmania.
All international shipments once departed from Australia, CGB Solutions takes no liability for their arrival.
If using a PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER for delivery you MUST choose PO BOX delivery rates as these items can only be delivered through Australia Post. Failure to select will result in non-delivery until missing funds are cleared.
Some items purchased through CGB Solutions may be shipped through partnered networks.
CGB Solutions has the right to change these policies at any time without notice
CGB Solutions retains the right to not make a loss.
All credit terms given by CGB Solutions must be paid fully in 60 days from the invoice date unless written or communicated in writing digitally or via mail. CGB Solutions has full authorisation to use debt collecting services to obtain the outstanding amount after this period. CGB Solutions has the right to deny anyone from credit. A credit check may be run as valid identification may be needed for credit to be accessed.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached unless our support team deems it unreturnable. CGB Solutions retains the right under the ACCC Consumer Laws to refuse a refund or an exchange of a product if the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the product or isn't classified as a major failure.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return address and RMA Number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
All returns are to Victoria, Melbourne.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a tracking number. If the product arrives damaged CGB Solutions is not liable.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two business days from the email confirmation of your items arrival. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you through email the status of your return. Any items acquired for free with a product or promotion are non-refundable unless they fail to meet Australian Consumer Laws. If an item/s has been sent back for repair and you decide to refund. The 10% restocking fee will apply.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us through email@example.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Any items won cannot be returned
You may be asked for picture proof before your item can be returned, not cooperating will result in the request for your return becoming redundant. Any item damaged from elements after delivery has been completed isn't covered by CGB Solutions. Ex-Demo stocks resale is based off if the card is in acceptable conditions.
